Cameron Kurzeja is an Associate at Shadow Lake Advisors, supporting all aspects of due diligence, accounting and transaction execution. Prior to joining Shadow Lake Advisors, Cam was an Investment Banking Associate at Skyway Capital Markets, primarily advising privately owned businesses on majority recapitalizations. Before Skyway Capital Markets, Cam was a Manager in UHY’s Corporate Finance practice providing buy-side and sell-side M&A services to private equity and strategic clients. Over the course of his career at UHY, Cam was involved in more than 40 transactions involving middle market and lower middle market companies in the following verticals: (i) pharmaceuticals, (ii) physician services, (iii) industrials, (iv) value-added resellers, (v) media and telecommunications, and (vi) manufacturing. Cameron graduated from Oakland University with a B.A. in Accounting. Cameron holds a CPA license in the state of Michigan.
