David Hettinger serves as a Senior Advisor to Shadow Lake and is currently the Chairman of Alliance Plumbing in Phoenix, AZ. David’s background includes significant leadership positions with a focus on building strong cultures and driving successful sales teams. Prior to leading Alliance Plumbing, David held roles at Carrier, a leading global HVAC company. David created the Residential National Account Sales Program as well as a national network of contractors and utilized his strong technology background to create a Virtual Distribution Model. In addition to his work at Carrier, David led Motili, the HVAC industry’s first turnkey repair and replacement program with a nationwide footprint. David’s ability to scale organizations while staying on the cutting edge of technology enables him to make significant contributions across industries.
