Senior Advisor

Tom Siciliano Serves as a Senior Advisor to Shadow Lake. He is the Chief Executive Officer of Town and Country Event Rentals and has over 25 years of leadership experience. Tom oversees day-to-day management of the Company and its business operations. Previously, Tom served as Vice President at Classic Party Rentals, where he implemented several operating strategies to improve efficiencies while building client and employee relationships.

In his role at Classic, Tom managed a division P&L and oversaw 1,000+ employees across 15 locations. Tom currently oversees over 1,200 employees at Town and Country leading the effort to institutionalize and guide the company.
